Hi, I’m Masum.Founder & CEO, Computer School Bangladesh.Skilled WordPress & MERN Stack Developer.
I build websites, web applications and management software, and I run Computer School Bangladesh, a training institute that has taught about 10,000 learners since 2021. I started with WordPress in 2017, moved into full-stack work in 2020, and today I lead a team of 15 while still building software myself.
Currently building a usage control system for computer labs.

About
My work started with building websites. Over time it turned into building products, running projects and leading people, and I now spend my days somewhere between all three.
I founded Computer School Bangladesh in Dhaka on March 26, 2021, to make practical technology education easier to reach. I also run Team CSB, where we build websites and software for clients.
I care about software that solves a specific problem for specific people. The best projects start from something going wrong in a classroom, an office or a client’s workflow.

Leadership
Computer School Bangladesh has grown to a team of 15, including people who work remotely. I trained most of them myself, through real project work rather than lectures.
I try to give people clear goals, room to make decisions and quick feedback. My technical background helps here: I understand the work well enough to unblock it, and I know when to stay out of the way.

Approach
I like taking an idea from a rough sketch to something people use. I plan just enough, build early, test with real users and keep improving.
